HOLICEDE is an independent personal technology lab based in Canada. We build custom software tools, web applications, and digital platforms. We believe in data minimization: we collect only what is strictly necessary to operate our applications and deliver requested services.

02 // Public Utilities & Calculators

Tools such as the Z-Offset 3D Print Cost Calculator and Lords Mobile Tools execute entirely in your web browser. Input parameters, material calculations, and configuration metrics are not stored on our servers.

03 // Visitor Parking System (SCVisitor)

When visitors register a vehicle via the SCVisitor application, the system collects:

• Guest Name
• Unit Number visited
• Vehicle License Plate
• Visitor Email Address (for automated permit confirmation)

Retention Period: Registration records are stored temporarily to issue temporary authorization. The database runs an automated scheduled routine that purges parking records 24 hours after submission.

04 // YTKara Application & Payments

YTKara processes session queues and YouTube API search queries in real-time. For users purchasing a private setup ($20 USD one-time setup), payments are securely processed by Stripe. HOLICEDE does not store credit card or payment credentials. Account details and setup confirmations are sent to the customer’s provided email.

05 // Direct Inquiries & Server Logs

When you send an email to admin@holicede.com or h0licede@gmail.com, your email address and message contents are used solely to reply to your inquiry. Standard web server access logs (IP address, browser type) are retained temporarily by hosting infrastructure for edge caching, performance optimization, and malicious traffic prevention.
