B. Distinction: Software Functionality vs. Third-Party YouTube Content

Important Notice: The purchase of YTKara Private is strictly for software functionality. The purchase fee DOES NOT cover, sell, convey, or license:

Ownership of or rights to any YouTube videos, music tracks, or musical recordings
Copyright licenses for underlying musical compositions or sound recordings
Downloadable audio or video media files

All karaoke video and audio playback in YTKara is provided directly by YouTube via the official YouTube IFrame Embedded Player. Content availability, region restrictions, and embeddability are determined exclusively by YouTube and the respective content creators. HOLICEDE does not control third-party content availability.
